Dr.Thitinan Pongsudhirak, political scientist and Associate Professor at Thailand's Chulalongkorn University, says the Japanese should see the China-initiated infrastructure bank as a win-win proposition.
He also believes that Japan and the U.S. "will join the AIIB in the near term".
