On January 19, 2014 on initiative of United Opposition in the period of time from 12 till 15:30 o'clock Public Veche has been organized in Kyiv.
After the Meeting was finished the part of aggressive people went towards the European square with the aim to capture state institutions (Verkhovna Rada and Cabinet of Ministries of Ukraine).
To prevent the breach of order the part of the road on Hrushevskogo Street was blocked by police.
